This four-part community of practice will focus on team-based approaches to behavioral health care at health centers. We will discuss integrated models of care, workflows, common challenges, revenue cycles and billing, and strategies for maintaining staffing and preventing burnout.
Participation Guidelines:
- Organizations must be FQHCs or FQHC look-alikes to participate.
- Health center staff will participate actively in all 4 sessions.
