Virginia Vedilago (she/her)

Virginia Vedilago is the Program Manager for the National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center. In her current role, she is responsible for the Education Center programming including the management of learning initiatives such as distance learning and webinars, as well as the coordination of publications, and training materials for development and dissemination. Virginia holds a Master’s in International Development from the University Carlos III in Madrid and has worked in Public Health over much of the last 10 years, managing grant funded community-based projects related to access and equity in health care. Virginia worked previously as the Project Manager for PATH (Plan and Act for Transgender Health), a regional assessment of the health care and social service needs of transgender and gender diverse people in Western New England, and Pioneer Valley TransECHO, a regional online training program for health care organizations to improve health outcomes and best meet the needs of their transgender and gender-diverse patients.
