The webinar is led by Dr. Gal Mayer, who as medical director of Callen-Lorde Community Health Center -- New York City's LGBT Health Center -- oversaw the care of over 1600 transgender patients. Dr. Mayer walks participants through the current protocols for treating patients with cross-gender hormone therapy, including a discussion of assessment, effects, benefits, risks, and administration.
