Creating an Inclusive Environment for LGBT Patients and Staff at Your Health Center

In this webinar, the National LGBT Health Education Center’s Heidi Holland, M.Ed., describes strategies and model policies for creating LGBT-inclusive health care spaces.  These recommendations are designed to support health centers and other health care organizations in the outreach/recruitment, support, and retention of both LGBT patients and employees.
